Our bride, Candyce wore an exquisite yellow gown for her A-Frame Cabin Luxury Elopement in Mt. Rainier National Park. The dress by The Gabriella from Leanne Marshall stood as a colorful focal point among the green mountain trees and matching autumn decor from Bixby and Pine. This couple flew in all the way from the east coast to finally visit the original Starbucks with their frenchie named “Starbucks,” and say their vows in the lush PNW forest.

2 Day Mt. Rainier + Downtown Seattle Wedding Film

Candyce and Matthew chose to hire us for two days of coverage: the first day, exploring downtown Seattle and the 2nd day, eloping with their vendors at their a-frame cabin in Mt. Rainier. Watch this film to see all the intimate super 8mm footage, Candyce’s colorful wedding dress, feeding birds at Tipsoo Lake and their fall-themed tablescape with a private chef experience!

Mt. Rainier Luxury Elopement Photos

Huge shoutout to Zoe from The Foxes for sharing this beautiful, colorful gallery! Zoe was such an expert when it came to finding the right areas to do their ceremony, take portraits and she even knew when and where to feed the birds! She pulled out some trail mix and they landed right in our hand, it was such an experience!

Getting Ready Photos and First Look at the A-Frame Cabin

Elopement Ceremony and Lunch Tablescape

For their ceremony, they hired an officiant, and asked their plan and design team to set up a fall-themed table for their lunch – talk about elopement goals! It might have gotten 420 friendly too hehe!

Tipsoo Lake Bird Feeding

If you want a place that explodes with wildflowers, doesn’t require much walking and you get to experience feeding the local wildlife, then look no further than Tipsoo Lake. We recommend having your elopement in July to experience the most amount of wildflowers for your day, if that’s your thing. In our case, Candyce and Matthew’s day was in late September 2022 so most flowers were gone.

The Autumn Styled Elopement Tablescape and Private Chef Dinner

This was our favorite part of this elopement day! Bixby and Pine and Dakota Eats went all out for our couple with autumn themed food, hot cider and desert, deep purple and red florals with candles everywhere.

Something we loved about Dakota is how he provided food all day as part of their private chef experience. He worked with them beforehand to curate a custom menu to their taste and even provided vendor meals for all of us. We were mostly blown away his homemade ingredients he brought from home and the kalua hard shell vanilla ice cream dessert he made at the end of the night.
