Elopement Packages come with 6 hours of coverage and Wedding Packages come with 8 hours of coverage.
If you'd like us to capture past this time frame, it is an additional $500/hour.
We do not offer less coverage because we believe in capturing the full start to finish story of your day!

How do we book you?

Our booking process is a first come first serve policy!
First, you must schedule an appointment with us to meet over a zoom call. This is an important step so we can start to get to know your personalities, your wedding details, and learn more about what it is you need and dream about for your wedding photos. During this call, we'd also pick which package fits your day best, whether it be 1 day coverage, weekend coverage, film, etc.
After our call, you make your final decision with whether or not you'd like to hire us. All we need is a confirmation email that says, "We're ready!"
From here, we will make you a contract and invoice. Once all parties sign the contract and the $1000 booking retainer is paid, you are officially on our calendar!
How do you take payments?

After the booking retainer is paid, our default method is to break up your total in 4 equal payments. These payments are spread out from when you book us up to our deadline which is 2 weeks from your wedding date.
These 25% payments are simply for convenience. Our invoice system allows an automatic payment set up so you can set it and forget it if you wish. You do not have to pay these if you are unable and would like to pay another way.
Other methods include paying electronically through the invoice in one lump sum whenever you choose (up until the due date).
Cash or check made out to Alesia Films is also accepted. Our mailing address is listed in our contract together.
Can we have our raw photos?

Raw photos are not given or sold.
Instead, we like to guarantee a minimum set of edited images with a promise that every GOOD photo will be included. Which means even though the contractual minimum is 400 edited images, you will more than likely receive more. See our full gallery links at the bottom!
Therefore, the more events, activities, portrait time, etc we are doing during our coverage, the more variety and volume of photos will be in your gallery. Your gallery will be the entire reflection of your day, every moment you experienced and also didn't see for yourselves.
What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is 48 hours for sneak peeks and up to 12 weeks for your final gallery.
35mm and 120 film can be delivered between 2-4 weeks depending on the lab's current turn around time.
Super 8 film can be delivered between 4-6 weeks, depending on the lab's current turn around time.
Can you do both Videography and Photography?

We absolutely can and love to bundle Video and Photo together. We only offer up to 5 bundles a year!
We would prioritize ourselves as your main shooter for video and hire our trusted associate photographer in this instance. An additional pricing guide shows our videography packages + deliverables upon request.
Elopement bundles start at $8500.
Wedding bundles start at $11,500.
If you would like to prioritize photography and go with our vintage Super 8 add-on instead, your super 8 film would be 5-7 minutes long, and would automatically add a 2nd shooter to your package for $1500.
*Super 8 films do not come with vow/speech audio. It is a silent film medium that we edit over licensed music.

Hi, I'm Alesia!
I'm a wedding photographer based out of Portland, Oregon and I grew up in the Pacific North West, always surrounded by beautiful landscapes and inspiring art.
My style is a unique approach to journalistic and documentary style candid imagery. Through the blend of vintage film and modern digital cameras, I've created a style that I genuinely have a deep passion for when it comes to capturing a wedding day. My goal is to make sure we capture every moment you've experienced but also all of the precious scenes you missed. Because we all want to remember our grandma's laugh at dinner, our best friend's crying at her speech, and the look on your partner's face as you walk down the aisle. Your gallery will be all of those key moments curated and cherished forever.

Let's Elope Package
$5000
This package is meant for couples who are doing a simple day with minimal activities like an elopement or micro-wedding of up to 10 guests.
Your day probably looks like an elopement of just the two of you in a beautiful space or an intimate ceremony followed by a dinner with your loved ones.
*4 miles and/or 1000 ft. of elevation MAX is our physical limit with adventure elopements. Otherwise, we would love to join you, help pick trails and build the itinerary timeline for your day.
Love Story Package
$6000
This package is meant for traditional couples who are hosting both a ceremony and fun reception filled with drinks, dinner, speeches, a music vendor paired with a dance floor, etc.
The focus is on the rollercoaster of emotions throughout the day. The candid in-between moments shared with family and friends and the beautiful portraits we reserve against the most stunning backdrops at your venues.
We include a complimentary 1 hour engagement style photoshoot local to us in Portland, OR with this package! Travel is included anywhere between Portland and Cannon Beach. Anything past these locations and we'll custom quote you our travel fee!
The ETERNAL Package
$9000
This package includes our travel within the U.S., two shooters, and up to 3 hours of day before or day after coverage.
The Eternal is meant for couples who are choosing an epic destination with their loved ones to experience new adventures and capture these unforgettable memories.
The focus is on your excursions and the incredible venue/landscapes of the destination you've chosen. The gallery will highlight the incredible love story and celebration of all family and friends attended.
super 8 add-on | $1500
On a budget for a videographer? Or just prioritizing photos but feeling FOMO about not getting video? Adding on Super 8 is a great alternative to getting some motion picture of your day. This is a budget friendly alternative couples are making in lieu of hiring a professional videography team.
The Super 8 Add-On is our favorite!
This add-on comes with an an additional shooter that captures snippets of your day on a 1960's super 8 camera. The hours of this 2nd shooter may vary depending on the events in your timeline!
These cameras do not capture sound and work best in outdoor, sunny conditions.
We will get the film processed and developed at a lab, edit the footage over licensed music and deliver this to you as a vintage highlight film of your memories.

A lot of our couples want their day captured in a beautiful nostalgic format that we've seen take over modern day wedding photography.
We proudly own multiple 35mm and 120 film cameras we will carefully select together on your "custom film experience call". This call will educate you on film stocks, film cameras and which ones we'll bring on your day to capture the vibe you're looking for.

Second shooters are vital when we have a jam-packed schedule with multiple events happening at once. They also serve as a secondary angle to all of those important moments like a first look and your ceremony from different point of views!
Second shooters are optional for all packages but are required after 100 guests.

Our editing style is true to color with a hint of film tones. Please explore these full galleries to see how different they are from one another. We've attached these galleries not because it is our best work, but because they had the most variety of backdrops, colors and lighting throughout the day.
As you can see, the colors you choose to surround yourself with at your venue, in your florals and in your clothes contribute significantly to your photos.
We do not heavily photoshop, use AI, or make any cosmetic change requests.
