For Ashley and Trent, everything started with the wedding venue. These two knew Brasada Ranch would be the perfect destination resort for their California-based guests. They fell in love with the panoramic views of ponds, horses, and the Three Sisters peaks – an iconic part of the central Oregon landscape. And, as can be seen in the wedding photos and film, the ranch provided a truly beautiful setting for this wedding weekend.

During their first look, Trent struggled to hold back tears and couldn’t take his eyes off his stunning bride. Ashley was an absolute vision. Her elegant, timeless bridal look perfectly highlighted her natural beauty. As can be seen here, she felt just as beautiful as she looked!
Cinematic Brasada Ranch Wedding Portrait Spots
Brasada Ranch’s sprawling grounds gave us a variety of beautiful portrait backgrounds. To begin with, we started under the tree by the pond, where Ashley and Trent did their first look. Then, we moved to other parts of the property, taking advantage of all the wide-open space for some bridal portraits and wedding party shots.
Brasada Ranch Wedding Ceremony in Bend, OR
Ashley and Trent chose an outdoor wedding ceremony location on Brasada Ranch’s vast, green lawn. Beyond the ceremony setup, panoramic views of farmland and the central Oregon high desert landscape stretched out in all directions. With the sun shining brightly overhead and the breeze teasing Ashley’s veil, it was certainly a perfect day for this destination wedding.
The couple chose romantic, white bloom florals that added beauty to the ceremony without distracting from the natural surroundings. All in all, the scene was breathtaking as Ashley and Trent exchanged heartfelt vows and finally became husband and wife. Trent then added a little flair to their ceremony exit, dipping Ashley for a romantic kiss on their way back up the aisle!
Brasada Ranch Wedding Cocktail Hour
After the ceremony ended, the party began! This Bend, Oregon, cocktail hour was full of laughter, hugs, and yummy drinks. Guests mingled on the lawn, congratulating the newlyweds and soaking up the sunshine while they waited for dinner to begin.
Intimate & Playful Brasada Ranch Sunset Portraits
When the sun began to set, the time came to steal Ashley and Trent away for some more bridal portraits. As can be seen in these photos and the wedding video, golden hour brings an extra touch of magic to Brasada Ranch’s beautiful landscape. We chose a spot on the property’s rustic wooden bridge where the sun kissed the hilltops in the background as it set. This portrait session was equal parts romantically intimate and playfully silly, but, above all, it was true to Ashley and Trent’s personalities and relationship!
Ashley & Trent’s Brasada Ranch Reception
This reception space at Brasada Ranch was a dream come true. From the gorgeous lighting design by @illuminateyournight to the luxurious tablescapes and the romantic floral arrangements sprinkled throughout, we weren’t kidding when we said this vendor team did incredible work for Ashley and Trent’s wedding! All in all, this wedding reception will live on in memory as a heartfelt celebration of this couple’s 17-year-long love story.
