Why is Secrets Cap Cana Resort our favorite?
Secrets Cap Cana was our favorite resort we toured for the easiest navigation on the property, a wide beach with plenty of space for all, the thoughtfully aesthetic rooms with giant mirrors, rainfall shower heads and hot tub balconies. We had the Preferred Club Member experience so we got to visit all the exclusive spots only offered to Club members. This included exclusive pools, private jungle themed hot tubs and swim up bars. In conclusion, we loved it the most!

Our favorite ceremony site at Secrets Cap Cana is the beach location. To follow, the beach twinkle light dinner set up is to die for. Nothing says a tropical destination wedding more than your classic round arch and boho flowers from their local florist on site!
Secrets Cap Cana Vendors to add-on
Fire dancers: They came out and performed for us mid-dinner and it was a fantastic show!
Travel Agent: If you don’t want your family hounding you about their personal travel guidance and accommodation, leave it to the pros. All of these travel agents have personally worked with the resort and are an excellent resource for your families to help plan their stay.

Secrets Dreams Resort Wedding
The next place we toured was Secrets Dreams. By comparison, we noticed this property had a design focus for families with kids. With a bowling alley, arcade, water park features and easy navigation, we saw a lot of happy kids here!

Personally, we loved the rooftop ceremony site the most for the privacy and ocean views.
The other two ceremony locations on the sand would be perfect for beach lovers!
Secrets Breathless Resort Wedding
We got to explore a whole reception set up on the sand at this resort! They had a full bar, dj and dance floor ready to go. It is close enough to the ocean but far away enough to feel like a private experience away from the other guests.
This property also surprised us with traditional party dancers who brought the place to life!! They lead people in Dominican dances, twirled us, danced with us, did a conga line, a limbo, and even lit off a small firework display off the dance floor! We highly recommend these guys to kick off your dance floor for you and your guests.

Secrets Royal Beach Wedding
Compared to Secrets Cap Cana, this property had the best preferred club pool in our opinion! The area is extremely aesthetic with a swim up bar, a waterfall, infinity pool and lazy river next to cabana beds. Further, the resort showed us 3 different ceremony sites and we loved the palm tree lawn the most! Follow it up with a twinkle light dinner in the courtyard and you’ll have a classic resort experience for your wedding! This property surprised us with water drummers, a live violinist, and DJ where guests joined in on the fun! If you don’t mind that, this would be unforgettable!

Extra excursions to add to your trip
- Snorkeling with nurse sharks and manta rays! We did this on our last day and had so much fun interacting with these beautiful creatures. Book this excursion “Wild on Punta Cana” HERE.
