The Palazzo Shedir Story Session
An Intimate Portrait Session at the Palazzo Shedir in Rome
Taylor and Josh kicked off their destination wedding weekend with us in Rome before meeting up with everybody at La Foce. We quickly found out we were all going to be in Rome at the same so we went over to their hotel, the Palazzo Shedir to film more Italian magic for their wedding film. This historic location, filled with art and sculptures, provided an especially elegant, private setting for their first pre-wedding shoot.
To begin with, Taylor wore a stunning Mirror Palais corseted dress with a tiered ruffle skirt, embracing a romantic old-world charm. Then, she changed into a light pink Frankies Bikinis mini dress, giving the session a fresh, playful feel.

Day 1: The Welcome Party at La Foce
The Pizza and Aperol Welcome Party in Tuscany, Italy
At this point on, @kristakphotos captured the entire wedding weekend on digital and film – huge shoutout to her, we absolutely loved working with Krista, and we focused on video and super 8mm. Hire us together for the ultimate dream team!
That evening, guests arrived in Tuscany for an all-white dress code welcome party, but Taylor made a statement in a vintage red dress from The Happy Isles. Set against the breathtaking views of La Foce, the event featured Aperol spritzes, delicious pizza, candlelit tables, and live music that all accented Taylor’s red dress.
Day 2 of Taylor and Josh’s La Foce Tuscany Wedding Weekend
A Winery Tour and Lunch at an Italian Vineyard
Before the wedding rehearsal dinner, guests enjoyed a relaxed day exploring a vineyard, tasting world-class wines, and indulging in an authentic Italian lunch. Taylor stunned in a Zimmermann dress, while Josh complemented her in a pale blue suit.

Later that evening, the rehearsal dinner took place in La Foce’s famous gardens. The space was adorned with candlelight, soft drapery, and bunches of grapes for color, creating a romantic atmosphere. Additionally, Taylor’s Monique Lhuillier gown with a floor-length white scarf added a final touch of elegance.
Day 3: Wedding Day at La Foce, Italy

The morning of the wedding day was filled with joyful anticipation. Taylor wore a silk Ralph Lauren slip and custom Studio Sewn choker as she got ready with her bridal party. Then, she stepped into her breathtaking Cinq wedding dress, paired with a dramatic lace veil. Meanwhile, Josh donned his fitted tux, which featured custom-stitched hearts containing both of their initials hidden on the cuff of his white button-down.

Before the wedding ceremony, Taylor took solo bridal portraits around Villa La Foce, utilizing the estate’s grand architecture and gardens as the perfect backdrop. Our favorite, going downstairs to the main library and capturing our beautiful Taylor and her bouquet on the grand piano as the sun streamed through the window.

Set in Villa La Foce’s famous gardens, Taylor and Josh’s wedding ceremony was nothing short of magical. The floral-filled pond created a particularly beautiful and unique central feature, and vibrant floral arrangements filled the space. Josh’s emotional reaction as Taylor walked down the aisle was an especially memorable moment.

Then, after the ceremony, guests sipped on signature cocktails, including the couple’s favorite, an Aperol spritz. While guests mingled, @kristakphotos captured candid photos of the wedding guests enjoying the celebration.

As the sun began to set over the rolling hills of Tuscany, Taylor and Josh slipped away for golden hour portraits. La Foce’s breathtaking views, manicured gardens, and historic stone staircases provided the perfect setting for these intimate moments. The warm Tuscan light cast a soft glow over every shot, enhancing the timeless romance of their wedding day.
Walking hand in hand through the famous gardens, the couple embraced the moment—laughing, stealing quiet kisses, and fully soaking in the magic of the day. The editorial yet candid nature of their portraits perfectly captured their connection, blending an effortless, documentary-style feel with an elevated, fashion-forward aesthetic.
As the sky turned to shades of deep orange and soft pink, Taylor and Josh made their way back toward the reception, ready to celebrate the night away beneath twinkling lights and disco balls. But not before we captured more solos of Taylor in the garden at twilight, of course.

As the sun set over Villa La Foce, the reception space transformed into a scene of pure enchantment. Rich, rose-filled floral arrangements and richly colored fruits filled the centers of the round tables, while tall candelabras cast a warm, golden glow over the guests. Above them, twinkling string lights mimicked a canopy of stars, setting the perfect ambiance for a night filled with celebration.
Dinner was an elegant affair, filled with laughter, heartfelt toasts, and unforgettable first dances. Soon, the couple slipped away for Taylor’s first outfit change of the evening. She returned in a striking red satin Vivienne Westwood gown, ready for the next big moment—cutting their Italian wedding cake.
But this wasn’t just any cake-cutting. Together with their pastry chef, Taylor and Josh added the final touches to their layered masterpiece in front of their family and friends. Then, as they poured champagne, sparklers lit up behind them, making for a truly memorable moment.
The energy only built from there. With espresso martinis in hand, Taylor and Josh made their grand entrance onto the dance floor, where disco balls cast dazzling reflections across the room. Soon after, Taylor changed into her third and final look of the night—a vintage-inspired, Kim Kassas Couture embellished party dress with delicate detached sleeves. Josh also switched things up, donning a sleek white vest for the afterparty. As the music pulsed and drinks flowed, guests danced, sang, and celebrated well into the night, bringing this beautiful wedding weekend to a perfect close.
